Join us at Bodywise Salisbury on Sunday 3rd December 2023 for a wonderful day of information and positivity about menopause. Learn the facts so you have the information to make informed decisions about your health. To book or for more information about one of the 14 spaces, call or email Sara Dennis. Once we have your details we will send you a health questionnaire and payment details. When we have received your payment your place is confirmed. We are running this on a first come basis, for early bird price payment needs to be made by 31st October.

Lunch

The day will begin with Sara Dennis, a Pilates Foundation teacher and personal trainer. Sara will teach you all about the stages of peri-menopause & menopause and a general explanation of what happens at each stage. As part of this course she will explain the importance of building muscle gently and will then teach you a 40 minutes beginners muscle building class. You will finish the morning with a programme for you to take home to use.

A Nutritionist uses the power of food and individual nutrients to rebalance those systems which are affected by and in turn have an influence on the hormonal changes of peri-menopause and menopause. Functional testing could be included but a full health history and analysis of individual food and lifestyle choices is essential to arrive at a personalised and truly holistic treatment plan.

A Buddha bowl & homemade soup will be prvided to nourish your soul. Any allergies please inform Sara.

How you doing.

Annie a Homeopath, will talk about how to understand your emotions and how to turn the way you are feeling in to a positive learning experience. She will give you tools to emotionally survive peri menopause and menopause.

This is your chance to ask questions and share your experiences, in a safe supportive atmosphere.
