Rachael a Naturopath & herbalist will talk about how in herbal medicine we use plants that have different actions to help, support and balance the body. Herbs come in a variety of forms but the main ways we use them are as tinctures, powders and teas. As a naturopathic herbalist, my aim is to treat the whole person and to create balance on the physical, mental and emotional levels. She will also use flower essences, tissue salts and breathing techniques.
